New Project - Furby Hacking!
Posted by: AceBHound on Sep 20th, 2009 2:33 PM
Starting a new project page on Furby Hacking! I bought some used Furbies off of eBay recently for the sole purpose of tearing them apart to learn how they work. Furbies are pretty neat to study since they have relatively simple components working together to create an interactive toy. There's already a wealth of information on Furby Hacking out there since the original Furby came out in 1998 and other individuals have attempted hacking them, but I wanted my own to toy around with and figured when I'm done I can always salvage the sensors and use them to build other robots / toys.
