An empty e-book reader weighs less than a full one. "WHOA!", right?

Just last week the following question was posed by a reader of The New York Times: “When an e-reader is loaded with thousands of books, does it gain any weight?”. Professor John D. Kubiatowicz from the University of California basically answered yes, it gains about an atogram (10^–18 grams) of weight.
